Career opportunities for people with disability.

Over 4.5 million Australians have some form of disability, yet their unemployment rate is more than double that of those without disabilities. Randstad’s Recruitable Pilot is a government-funded initiative designed to bridge the employment gap by providing inclusive career opportunities.

In partnership with Get Skilled Access, Randstad aims to change employer attitudes and simplify the hiring process, creating a service dedicated to ensuring all candidates know they are entering a space where they truly belong and can thrive.

The brand uses bold, uplifting visuals and straightforward messaging to reflect the commitment to inclusivity and the potential within every individual. The logo features two people at its centre and, I stylised one letter to create a symbol that resembles a person in a wheelchair. The word ‘able’ is highlighted within the name.
